The Oasis model took home best product design for a single family home in the $5,000,001 – $7,000,000 category at the 2022 CBIA Sand Dollar Awards.
The Oasis Model boasts an innovative central design that gives this Quail West home exquisite views of the pool and spectacular outdoor spaces from nearly every vantage point. This home radiates modern elegance as it celebrates blissful alfresco living. The home is 4,695 square feet of air-conditioned space and 8,577 square feet overall, offering a completely private courtyard inspired design which makes the home feel twice the size. Sweeping views inside the home show the lush private garden in the rear of the home.
This home was designed in quadrants with lofty ceilings and a wide expanse of windows, the great room allows for abundant natural light. The main living area is arranged for entertaining while the bedrooms are separated and private. The interiors of the Oasis Model have an innovative transitional design with a neutral palette that is light, fresh, organic and clean with coastal blue hues and pops of subtle gold tones. Many of the furnishing elements in this model pull in elements from nature, such as woven chairs and decorative light fixtures and driftwood table bases and mirrors.
