Mondays, but you'll be enlightened by the series of design seminars
offered when the crowds have subsided. You'll get an inside look
at the fashion and technology that define this cutting-edge home
with the professionals responsible for its creation and includes
a designer's tour.

Florida Landscape
Monday, March 1 at 10 a.m. & 2 p.m.
Nothing evokes tranquility quite like the Japanese water features
created by Lotus Tropical Gardens & Bonsai. Dick Wild, also
of Better Ponds & Gardens, addresses the Zen-like approach
he took to Dream Home landscaping that resulted in this most
soothing and somewhat mystical environment. Seminar fee and tour:

with Yee"
Fine Furnishings by Maria Yee
Monday, March 8 at 10 a.m. & 2 p.m.
Maria Yee, founder/president of Maria Yee Fine Furniture, will
delight and inspire you with her personal story of becoming a
furniture designer and her Eastern philosophies as they relate
to her furniture collection. Sophisticated workmanship and precision
joinery are hallmarks of this meticulously crafted collection,
which Ms. Yee presents with her singular, warm and loving style.

Designing the Dream with
Barbara Ellis, ASID, Licensed
Interior Designer
Monday, March 15 at 10 a.m. & 2 p.m.
Hours of inspiration and thoughtful planning created this most
spectacular home. Take a tour of the Dream Home's interior with
its creator, Barbara Ellis of Robb & Stucky. A state licensed
interior designer, Ms. Ellis will carefully present the choices
she made, from floor to ceiling, from fabrics to finishes that
culminated the incomparable look, flow and feel of this year's
Dream Home. Seminar fee and tour: $25.
Architectural Land Design
Monday, March 22 at 10 a.m. & 2 p.m.
Water lapping against smooth stone, the endless views from the
outdoor living room and the meditative feeling of home harmony
are the actualization of fine landscaping and exterior design.
Join Christian Andrea of Architectural Land Design, who will
walk you around the exterior of the Dream Home and explain the
planning and selection processes that perfected this landscape,
which flows magnificently from the interior design. Seminar fee
and tour: $25.

Session 1: 10:30am for seminar and tour;
12-12:45 p.m. luncheon.
Session 2: 1:15-2 p.m. luncheon,

reality, present working with the professionals in the disciplines
of home building, interior design and landscaping. You'll come
away with a vast knowledge of what it takes to create your own
Dream Home! Seminar fee, luncheon and tour: $40.

Parking is complimentary and is located adjacent to the Dream
Home.
