NAPLES,
Fla. – Planning
pays, and guests who purchase advanced tickets to Home & Condo’s
2004 Dream Home will receive a $2 discount on their tickets.
They’ll also have the opportunity, after visiting the
$5.95 million home, to win fabulous prizes, including a one-year
golf membership, a leather massage chair, dinner at one of
Naples’ premier restaurants, a mini wine cooler, or
tickets to one of the hottest shows in town.
The 2004 Dream Home opens for docent-lead public tours Feb.
21 at The Estates at TwinEagles, located on Immokalee Road
seven miles east of Interstate 75 in North Naples. Guests
who purchase advanced tour tickets at the Philharmonic Center
for the Arts and from the Phil’s ticket store in Coastland
Mall near J.C. Penney save $2 off the regular $15 admission.
Proceeds from tours of the home benefit the Naples Philharmonic
League, which supports the Philharmonic Orchestra and its
youth music education programs. Group tours are also available,
and include lunch at The Club at TwinEagles.
Tours of the 10,787-total-square-foot home, built by McGarvey Custom Homes Inc.,
are offered through April 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays through Sundays.
The Dream Home, an annual project of Gulfshore Media, parent company of Home & Condo
and Gulfshore Life, is a collaboration between McGarvey Custom Homes; The Bonita
Bay Group, developer of The Estates at TwinEagles; Robb & Stucky; R.G. Designs
Inc.; and Architectural Land Design Inc.
Special features
of the four-bedroom, six-bath home include a negative-edge bathtub,
90-degree disappearing doors and a tropical garden in the master bath; a glass
bed wall in the master suite; home theater/safe room; a 450-gallon wall-mounted
aquarium; and six water features – featuring everything from a rockscape
pool, Japanese koi pond and sitting area with a waterfall and fire pit.
Visitors to the 2004 Dream Home can register to win a number of raffle prizes,
