The
Estates at TwinEagles is a 1,115-acre master-planned
community being developed by The Bonita Bay Group. Located
in North Naples, east of I-75, the countryside setting includes
homes and recreational amenities surrounded by nearly 800 acres
of open space.
In keeping with its commitment to meticulous planning, environmental
stewardship, integrity and attention to detail, the community
is certified by Audubon International
as a Signature Sanctuary and participates in the University of Florida’s
Yards & Neighborhoods water conservation program. Named to Golf & Travel
magazine’s list of the 12 Most Intriguing Golf Communities in America,

In
addition, The Estates at TwinEagles was recently honored with
the Award of Excellence in the 2003 Sustainable
Florida competition, a statewide distinction for businesses
and individuals for projects that manage, protect and restore

The first phase of development includes 66 homesites
along the first of two Nicklaus-designed golf courses. The
Club at TwinEagles hosted The ACE Group Classic, a Champions
Tour event, in February 2002 and 2003, and will host the tournament
again Feb. 9-15.
