BENEFICIARY
ANNOUNCED FOR
HOME & CONDO’S 2004 DREAM HOME
NAPLES,
Fla. – The
Naples Philharmonic League will be the beneficiary of the
proceeds from Home & Condo’s 2004 Dream Home at
The Estates at TwinEagles, announced the home’s partners.
The League, a volunteer organization whose purpose is to financially support
the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra and its youth music education programs, has
provided more than 400,000 hours of volunteer service since its inception in
1986. The $15 admission for the Dream Home tour will benefit children’s
programs such as volunteering for the Youth Orchestra, the Youth Chorale, and
underwriting Major/Minor concerts (pairing gifted local student musicians with
professionals), Magic Carpet series, trips to the Phil programs and resident
conductor Clotilde Otranto.
“The Dream Home project was launched in 1990 to showcase luxury innovations
in architecture, building, interior design and landscape architecture, while
raising money for a deserving local charity,” stated Lynne Groth, publisher
of custom publications for Gulfshore Media Inc., Home & Condo’s parent
company. “To date, we have raised one million dollars for Southwest Florida
charities.”
“We
are excited to be associated with the 2004 Dream Home,” noted Myra Janco Daniels, president and
CEO of the Philharmonic Center for the Arts. “Gulfshore
Media, The Bonita Bay Group and McGarvey Custom Homes will settle
for nothing but the best, and the 2004 home promises to take
the Dream Home to a new level of excellence.”
Offering six water features including a special seating area that combines elements
of fire and water, butterfly and herb gardens, even a negative-edge bathtub and
450-gallon wall-mounted aquarium, the 2004 Dream Home is designed to take luxury
to new heights.
The ninth Dream Home since the project’s inception in 1990, the 2004 Dream
Home will be built in The Estates at TwinEagles. In addition to Gulfshore Media
Inc.; The Bonita Bay Group, developer of The Estates at TwinEagles; and builder
McGarvey Custom Homes Inc., 2004 partners include: residential designer R.G.
Designs Inc.; interior design model merchandiser Robb & Stucky; and the landscape
architectural firm of Architectural Land Design Inc.
The $5 million, furnished, 10,787-square-foot 2004 Dream Home is slated to open
for public tours in February 2004 in The Estate at TwinEagles in North Naples.
